Reiki

Japan is the creator of Reiki. The word “Reiki” is derived from the Japanese words “rei” meaning universal and “ki” meaning life energy or vital force. It is based on the belief that life energy flows through all living things and that a person’s energy should be strong and free-flowing to maintain balance and well-being.

In Reiki, the practitioner channels this universal life energy through hands to promote healing, well-being, relaxation and stress removal. Reiki is passed from the hands as they are placed lightly on or just above the recipient’s body, allowing the energy to flow through their hands to the recipient. This is believed to activate the natural healing processes of the body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

Reiki helps in Energy Healing, Stress Reduction and Holistic Healing.

Reiki is a gentle and non-invasive healing technique that can be practiced alongside other medical and therapeutic techniques like other energy healing modalities.

It is typically administered by a practitioner who has received training and attunement from a Reiki master. It is important to seek Reiki treatment from a qualified and experienced practitioner who follows ethical guidelines and practices.
