To rest or to go on and on

Questioning my being every moment

To hold or to let go is the quest

To retain or to maintain is the struggle

The girl inside me wants to rest n rescue

The mother inside me wants to

protect n secure

The soul inside me wants to set free

The fighter inside me wants to fight back

with full throttle

never to regret to leave before

Not tried enough

The lover inside me wants to be and just be!

The tug between to live or let go off to peace

carries on…..

I wake up, apply make up and step on the

life stage once again every morning just to

confirm I live.
